Put in Bay Memorial Day Weekend 2022

At Put-in-Bay Memorial Day weekend is back!  Families, friends and vacationers return to the bay to start the summer right!

Put-in-Bay’s most popular entertainers return to the island to perform Memorial Day weekend, many with multiple shows! You can see who is playing whereby visiting our Put-in-Bay Ohio Entertainment Page. Active Duty service members and Veterans will receive discounts on the Put-in-Bay Ferry (Free passage on both ferries on Monday only) and many Put-in-Bay Merchants.

Put in Bay Memorial Day Weekend Events

On May 28th, 29th & 30th Tourists will enjoy the demonstration of Historic Firearms and the Park’s Carronade throughout the day by Park Rangers & Volunteers.  Ranger programs will cover the nuances of the 1812 military uniform, the proper handling of black powder, and the steps to firing a musket.

Historic Firearms demonstrations will take place at  11:00 am 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

Carronade demonstrations will be given at Noon, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm.

There will be a 1:00p m Junior Ranger program “Join the Army”
